Honiss School Makes History at National History Day!
A huge round of applause for Meera Naveen, Maya Naveen, and Martin Droguett! Their outstanding junior group website project not only won the category at this past weekend's state competition, but it also earned them a place in the National History Day competition – a first for Honiss School! This remarkable accomplishment is a testament to their dedication, research skills, and creativity. We are incredibly proud of them as they prepare to compete against other schools across the country at the University of Maryland this June. We also extend our heartfelt congratulations to these exceptional students and their dedicated mentor, Mrs. Conboy. We wish them the best of luck at the national competition!
