Chess develops critical thinking! Thank you to Mrs. Kelly and her helpers for providing an opportunity for students to learn and play the game of Chess.

Michaela, Janelle, Meera, and Maya won their division with their outstanding documentaries! They will be moving on to the state finals at William Patterson University! Well done ladies!!!

Eighteen students represented Honiss School by entering exhibits or documentaries created individually or with their group during the course of the school year. Thank you to Mr. Math, Mrs. Conboy, Mr. Ongchin Mrs. Alloca, and Mr. Link for guiding and mentoring students during the research process.

Our ESL Family Engagement night was a huge success! Students and parents enjoyed academic games and activities and are building great relationships! Thank you to Ms. Charamis and Ms. Kloss for organizing this event!

DHS PALS (Peers As Leaders) visited our 1st and 2nd graders and shared their love of reading and literature with them.
